Mặc định Outlook Archive not working...cached mode?

I have a user with a 50GB Office365 mailbox that has hit the limit. I logged on to help them create an archive of all email before 2014, we set the date, ticked the 'Include items with Do not AutoArchive checked', set a path on the local C drive and pressed ok. Outlook created the PST file and it got to 60Mb in size and then the archive process just stopped after about 20-30 seconds. I tried again to the same PST and a new PST but same thing, I have also tried the ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime reg edit.

As the users mailbox is so large Outlook 2016 is set to only cache locally the last 3 months worth. Could it be that the archive process in cache mode is done off the local OST rather than the Server and as it only contains the last 3 months there is nothing to cache? I can obviously try online mode but its going to be mega slow with a 50GB mailbox so thought i would ask first?


I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
